Even with many bright spots, Skyward Sword still feels like a nostalgic retread. Two of the most expansive entries in the Zelda franchise are 2006s Twilight Princess and 2011s Skyward Sword, both available on the Wii. These amiibo will be available from December 2. versions of Link, Toon Link, and Zelda, but will have functionality in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild when it launches in 2017. The amiibo will function like the Super Smash Bros.
